Considering the difficulty of transferring all the cooking tools back to Ilkeston and the cold weather, I decided to arrange a small occasion in my class to sharing my dumplings.
It means to let people to join my project by themselves and they could be a part of my subject. Who are welling to know new cultures and accept diversity as a part in their life.

Thoughts of the dumplings sharing
I actually made almost a hundred dumplings by myself the night before, I thought that's the hardest part of this sharing, however, I was wrong. The hardest part is convince people to eat my dumplings. I could understand that, not everyone is welling to try new things. And there are also vegan and religion reasons which was my fault. I should be more thoughtful. Leave all this and that reasons, there were couple of people just don't want to try. Then I feel the sentence of my poster is definitely right. Overall, I feel that I organised this small event is worth to do. It makes my project more meaningful and more close to our life.
