As how I planed, the first step of everything is casting my breast first to get the mold. The process is chill, I don't feel any uncomfortable because I did it with a school stuff who I trusted. Once the mold dry I pressed the clay in to transfer it to ceramic.
The form been transfer and you can see the details are so clear, the nipples, the skin wrinkle. I have to say I feel so happy about it. Leave two holes at the edge so may hanging it later, just a thought as tasting. Now the thing is what I should glaze after the first fire.
Then I received this love letter from my son during Mother's Day which is melting my heart. Then I thought this is exactly my identity in my son's eye. I am his mummy with unconditional love. So I could transfer this letter on the ceramic, the childish fond would make a great contrast with the traditional Chinese glazing style. Now, the new problem is showing up, how could I transfer the letters? Is that worth to make a screen? I guess I have to figure it out sooner or later!
